Where to start?
Our goal is to meet you where you are so that you feel inspired by your fitness journey rather than overwhelmed. By approaching fitness this way, as our clients progress through the levels of our programming, they develop improved confidence — inside and outside the gym.
We believe it’s never too late to start a new habit. We also believe effective habits start slow and need to be consistent. We are here to encourage you to be excellent, and to incorporate fitness into your life as the habit that changes your life no matter what age you are. The best place to start is with a conversation. Book a consult with me to chat about where you’re at, what your goals are, and how we can get you there.
Build Your Base
It takes 6 weeks to effectively start a new habit. We recommend you start slow so you can remain consistent. If you are new to fitness, 1-2 consistent workouts a week will help you to build your base-level fitness. Once you have your base you can progress! My Fundamentals Program is a great place to start if you’re self-motivated. If you need a little push, book a consult and let’s get you into the gym for some sessions!
Bring It On
Once you’ve completed 6 weeks of training you will have your base and we start incorporating specialized workouts targeting specific muscle groups to reach your goals.
During this time, we challenge you to start adding in more weekly movement.
In order to achieve the best results possible, you must keep challenging your body.
We welcome you to uncover your strength and the energy to live, love, work, and play every day.
MAINTENANCE
Fitness is a lifestyle. As your life is constantly changing, so will your workout schedule. We’re here to help you maintain your fitness and progress to the next level as the world turns.
