Classes

Our classes are all levels and take place at the studio.
We warm up as we go so come prepared to start right away.
All classes are self paced with individual stations.
There is no running or jumping (unless you want too).
Max 14 people a class.

The Circuit

This class is the perfect compliment to anyone’s fitness routine. The full-body circuit with cardio (high and low intensity) and strength-training stations is focused on total body toning, core stability, and endurance development. Participants will leave this class feeling accomplished, invigorated, and empowered.

Arms & Abs

This class is the ideal upper-body boost. The ‘waist-up’ circuit is a dynamic mix of supersets to holistically activate core and upper-body muscles. Participants will leave feeling confident, motivated, and energized.

Leg Day

This strength based class is the ideal lower body toning experience. The circuit style workout uses super sets and a variety of equipment to strengthen your quads, hamstrings, and glutes equally. Participants will leave class feeling stronger and empowered to take on any hike, bike ride, or other activity that they desire (just maybe not the next day).

Cardio Core

This class was designed for people who love to hate cardio. If you are someone who gets bored while doing cardio and abs then this class is for you. All stations are designed to get your heart rate up and strengthen your core in a fun dynamic way! Participants will leave the class on an endorphin high, ready to take on the day!

Stretch with Niki (60 mins)

This hour long stretch class is designed to greet you as you are and to leave you feeling rejuvenated and grounded. A curated playlist and dynamic series of stretches will create capacity in your body and mind to take on the world.
